Last year at this time when I was finishing 5th grade, I thought 6th grade was going to be really hard with a lot of homeworks to do.
Actually, I found out that 6th grade was really hard with hard task to do.
I thought P.E was going to be hard but it turned out to be easy.
I thought math was going to be easy but it turned out to be hard.
Something I had no idea about but turned out to be important was class retreat and class trip.
August 14 was the first day of school. I remember that I was having trouble with new homework and new names.
During August after school activities began. I participated in and I remember
September 20 we had class retreats. I remember that we swam and then went to the FFC and made a paper building.
Tom Birdseye visited our school. He discussed about how he made his book and how he gathers his ideas.
We took ISA tests in October. They were hard and long.
We had a big break from October 14 - 20. I
Parent conferences were in late October. They made me feel nervous with my grades.
I got my first middle school report card and I got scared if i had a bad grade or not.
If you went to a dance or the Halloween Carnival, discuss that.
At the recognition assemblies I was recognized for
Our school play was The Great Cross Country Race.
I performed in a concert.
We went on a class trip to Thailand from March 2-6. I remember jumping in the water and sleeping in the tent.
There were a lot of changes this year. Something I was really good at was sport activities.
Something I wasn't so good at was learning how to do new stuff.
Something I would like to improve on is in reading and writing.
I helped someone else in the first day of school.
Spring Break was April 6-12. I was happy that breaks are finally coming up.
Some of my classmates are leaving.
Next year I am hoping to see more new friends.
